Throughout her life Antara has always been maintained to the highest standards. In 2004/2005 and 2006/2007 she had major mechanical refits and April-October 2011 Antara completed full 20 year ABS Survey. When her new owners purchased her in 2005/2006 she received many upgrades to both mechanics and decor. Most recently, she completed an extensive refit at Perini Navi, Viareggio Italy during the Winter 2006/7. She has been returned to "better than new" condition.  Her guest spaces, both interior and exterior, were completely refurbished including new furniture, mattresses, upholstry, varnish and decor including a new italian marble top bar in the Dining Salon and an Exercise area in the Master Stateroom. She also has all new sails including an MPS, an extended flybridge featuring a large jacuzzi® spa pool and sun cushions for lounging, as well as a gas barbecue. She also has a new swim platform which extends from the transom to facilitate easy entry to the sea for swimming or access to the tender. A fresh water shower is available at the platform. She has underwater lights which create a soft glow in the blue seawater at night all around the yacht. A "state-of- the-art Kaleidescape™ Audio visual system has been installed with large flat screen viewing in the Main Salon and in the Aft Cockpit. An "always on"  VSat (satellite communication system) allows for fast internet access via wi-fi throughout the yacht. All these amenities along with new teak decks, topside and superstructure paint make her seem like a brand new yacht.

Antara can accomodate 8 to 10 guests in four newly varnished satin teak staterooms with ensuite heads. The full width Master suite with king bed, his and her bath and new steam shower, includes a large office area and cleverly concealed exercise area with a stationary bike and weights custom fit into an armoire for a private gym area. There is a flat screen TV for watching as you ride and a refrigerator nearby for cold drinks. The VIP stateroom with Queen bed has an ensuite head and shower with new italian carrera marble installed. The 2 twin cabins each have two extra large twin berths and two pullmans with ensuite heads and showers. All staterooms are newly redecorated with italian linens and marble. Antara is a very comfortable and elegant yacht.
